The stay at Marriott was quite enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service, particularly at the executive lounge. The central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, which greatly aided my work schedule. The room was comfortable, providing a conducive environment for productivity.

There was an issue with housekeeping, as some amenities were not replenished.

I was disappointed during my second stay. Although my first visit was pleasant, this time I felt neglected by the staff, and it just didn’t meet my expectations. The sauna area was also frustrating. there was no assistance available for using the lockers, which added to my frustration. I had high hopes for a repeat visit, especially bringing my family, but it has left me feeling uncertain.

We were in a bind after our Airbnb fell through, but thankfully found a room here for 2 nights. The staff was super nice and even surprised me with a birthday cake! The city view room was comfy and clean. Just wish the lines for check-in weren't so long. Overall, a really nice experience!

However, for a top-tier hotel at this price, no bathrobes or slippers were a letdown. The parking arrangements were a bit dodgy, too, with a confusing entrance.

my stay was filled with pleasant surprises, especially enjoying the views of the iconic Story Bridge, which was just a short walk away. The nearby Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls in the beautiful Australian sun. the room itself was comfy and had a lovely city view, making it a great base for exploring the city.

We had an awesome two-night stay in a Guest Room with a nice city view, and we loved relaxing by the heated swimming pool and steam room. Although one of the elevators was out of service during our visit, it didn’t really mess up our good time. Pro tip, definitely make time to explore the hotel amenities—they're worth it! 😊
